License Plate Number - the Letters and Numbers as identified on the registration for your vehicle. This includes the small letters (i.e., ST) for specialty plates. Please be careful when “o” vs. “zero” may be used. NOTE: if you are logged into your Otto Connect account you can select a previous used vehicle as noted at the bottom of the screen, and it will automatically fill in both the License Plate Number and Issuing State. Please confirm the accuracy of both prior to moving forward to the next screen.
Issuing State - is the state indicated on the license plate.
Second License Plate - you can enter two license at the same time and pay for both. Please leave this field blank if you are only paying for 1 vehicle.
